Bybit users face failed facial recognition due to Apple ID vulnerability, over $100,000 in withdrawals blocked

ChainCatcher news, according to crypto KOL Hmm, there has been a recent Apple ID login vulnerability on the Bybit platform. A user's real-name authentication information was inexplicably tampered with, and when attempting to withdraw funds, the facial verification could not be completed, resulting in over $100,000 in funds being stuck.

Currently, this issue has been resolved after Hmm verified and contacted Bybit's official support, and the user has regained control of their account.
