Bragar 律所调查 Semler Scientific，股东被呼吁参与维权
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，美国律师事务所 Bragar Eagel & Squire 正在调查 Semler Scientific 公司是否违反联邦证券法或从事其他非法商业行为，并呼吁遭受损失的股东联系其律师。
Semler Scientific 今年 2 月曾披露美国司法部可能对其业务提起法律诉讼。司法部自 2017 年起对该公司的报销申请进行民事调查，并在 2019 年、2021 年、2022 年和 2023 年多次发出后续请求，近期双方尝试和解但未成功。
此前报道，该公司在 5 月 13 日至 5 月 22 日期间斥资 5000 万美元购买 455 枚比特币，平均购买价格为每枚 109,801 美元，持仓总量达 4,264 枚。
