Bergen County, New Jersey will tokenize $240 billion worth of real estate contracts on the Avalanche network

ChainCatcher news, according to Coindesk, under a five-year agreement signed with the land title blockchain company Balcony, Bergen County, New Jersey will migrate 370,000 real estate title documents to a blockchain ledger, representing approximately $240 billion in real estate assets. The system, supported by Avalanche technology, will serve nearly one million residents across 70 municipalities in the county.
