One of the masterminds behind the cryptocurrency kidnapping case in France has been arrested

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, a man accused of being one of the masterminds behind a series of recent kidnapping cases in France aimed at obtaining cryptocurrency has been arrested in Morocco.

Moroccan police arrested 24-year-old French-Moroccan Badiss Mohamed Amide Bajjou at the request of French authorities. He is accused of being the mastermind behind a series of cryptocurrency-related kidnappings in France. Bajjou was wanted by Interpol on multiple charges, including kidnapping, unlawful confinement, and extortion. This arrest demonstrates Morocco's cooperation with France in combating organized crime.
