ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin mining company BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) announced the completion of a $18 million public offering, issuing 2.25 million shares of common stock at a price of $8 per share. The company has been approved to list on the NYSE American and plans to use the net proceeds from this fundraising to purchase Bitcoin, further strengthening its cryptocurrency asset reserves.
