In the video, Trump stated that any officials who "obstruct the enforcement of law and order" would face charges. Newsom listed four "dictatorial actions" in his post: "inciting and provoking violence," "creating mass chaos," "militarizing cities," and "arresting opponents." He wrote, "These are the actions of a dictator, not what a president should be doing."
