This version is built on a three-layer architecture and PoS consensus mechanism, creating a decentralized cross-chain infrastructure that achieves efficient synchronization of assets and states, significantly enhancing cross-chain transaction processing capabilities. Through a pluggable governance framework and validator collaboration mechanism, the system ensures governance transparency and relies on smart contracts to achieve automated incentive distribution, fully practicing the concept of decentralization and strengthening decentralized characteristics.
