Derlin Holdings and ViaBTC plan to establish a joint venture to create a Bitcoin reserve and provide asset management services

ChainCatcher news, Hong Kong listed company Derin Holdings announced a strategic cooperation with the Bitcoin mining pool ViaBTC, intending to establish a joint venture to jointly conduct cryptocurrency over-the-counter trading and provide asset management and family office services.

In addition, Derin Holdings also revealed plans to explore the establishment of a Bitcoin reserve and to develop a virtual asset trading and management platform licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
