ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, the UK listed company The Smarter Web Company has completed a placement activity aimed at institutional investors through Tennyson Securities and Peterhouse Capital Limited. This placement and subscription activity has raised approximately £41.2 million (before expenses) by issuing a total of 14,221,623 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each at a price of £2.90 per share. The listing of the new ordinary shares is expected to take effect on or around 08:00 on July 1, 2025.
