ChainCatcher news, the Sui Foundation announced the winners of the Sui Overflow 2025 Hackathon, covering areas such as DeFi, entertainment culture, and payment wallets. A total of 599 project submissions were received, and 36 winning projects were selected across nine tracks, along with 10 winning projects from university groups.

In the DeFi track, Magma Finance won first place with its AI-optimized yield strategy; in the entertainment culture track, GiveRep took the top spot by incentivizing positive contributions through blockchain and AI; in the payment wallet track, PIVY triumphed with its privacy payment tool. Additionally, SuiSQL topped the infrastructure and tools track.

This hackathon also included a special university award, where student teams like SuiFL and Sui Battle AR showcased innovative applications of blockchain in education, gaming, and other fields. The community voting session received a total of 195,000 votes, and ultimately, 28 voters were awarded community prizes for accurately predicting the winning projects in their respective tracks.
