NFT trading volume exceeded $140 million last week, reaching a new high since mid-January

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the price of Ethereum has recently risen, driving a recovery in its NFT ecosystem, with on-chain transaction volume reaching its highest level since mid-January.

In the past week, the transaction volume of Ethereum NFTs reached $75 million, accounting for the majority of the total transaction volume of $143.5 million across major NFT blockchains. Compared to two weeks ago, the transaction volume of Ethereum NFTs has significantly increased, when the weekly transaction volume on the chain was only $18.3 million.

During the same period, the transaction volume of Bitcoin-based NFTs also increased from $11 million to $25.6 million, although the transaction volume of Polygon-based NFTs saw a slight decline.
