CARV promotes the AI Beings roadmap: Holding global hackathons and achieving 12+ ecological collaborations

July 21, 2025 ------ As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the digital world, a new paradigm is emerging------ not just smarter tools, but sovereign autonomous AI Beings that will exist, learn, and evolve as on-chain life forms. As a Web3 project known for its decentralized identity and verifiable data infrastructure, CARV is fully advancing this vision. With the release of a new roadmap, CARV officially transitions from a data infrastructure to a complete AI Agent ecosystem, committed to building a future where AI is not just an assistant but a "digital species" capable of independent participation.
To align with this transformation, CARV has partnered with Fair3 to co-host the Tech Fairness Hackathon, which has entered the voting stage and attracted over 683 developers. The total prize pool for this hackathon is $50,000, encouraging developers to build AI applications based on CARV's infrastructure, covering the CARV SVM main chain, D.A.T.A. Framework, and the ERC-7231 based Agent ID system. These components collectively form the "digital organs" of AI Beings: verifiable identities, user-authorized data, real-time on-chain execution capabilities, and incentive mechanisms. This hackathon is not just an event but an important experimental ground to validate whether the Agent economy can take shape.
The core belief behind this initiative is that intelligence must evolve from being a passive tool to an active subject. Currently, most AI still act as executors of user commands, generating text, answering questions, or recommending content. The future envisioned by CARV is that when AI can autonomously generate income, manage their own upgrades, and even negotiate and interact with other intelligent agents, they will become truly sovereign individuals------ and this future is gradually becoming a reality.
At the same time, this trend also echoes global policy changes. Recently, U.S. President Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act (the "Government Encouraging New Ideas to Understand Superintelligence" Act), positioning AI as a core area of national security. The act advocates substantial investments in foundational AI research and ethical frameworks and promotes the U.S. to maintain its lead in the field of superintelligence. This legislation reflects a consensus: AI is no longer just a tool; it is becoming the next cornerstone of governing digital life.
However, if the GENIUS Act represents a state-led, top-down path, CARV offers a contrasting exploration: a user sovereignty-centric, decentralized programmable intelligence system. While the government emphasizes regulation and monopoly, CARV advocates for open collaboration; centralized models emphasize control, whereas CARV promotes modular co-construction; traditional systems extract user data, while CARV empowers users to control their data and earn from it.
CARV's commitment to the future has already been practically validated. In the second quarter of 2025, CARV signed 12 new partners in AI, infrastructure, and consumer sectors, marking its transition from a "data pipeline" to a true Agent ecosystem.

In terms of infrastructure, Open Ledger is helping users contribute their data for AI training and usage, realizing data monetization; Boom is embedding smart points and recommendation mechanisms into CARV Play. On the AI application layer, CARV's integration with Unibase, SirenAI, and XPIN enables on-chain AI applications to achieve verifiable and privacy-protecting data flows------ whether for communication protocols or context understanding.
On the consumer end, CARV is collaborating with World 3, EureXa AI, and OKZOO to enable AI Agents in scenarios such as gaming, smart homes, and even companionship for pets. In the education sector, the Binance Labs-supported Hooked platform is exploring the use of CARV ID for verifiable learning certification, indicating that decentralized identity will also play a core role in AI-enabled education.
These collaboration cases collectively validate CARV's core philosophy: to empower truly sovereign AI Beings, it is necessary to build a complete ecosystem encompassing identity systems, cryptographic semantics, real-time decision-making, and transparent incentives. This is not just infrastructure; it is the operating system for AI Beings.
As the Tech Fairness Hackathon approaches its conclusion, it has become more than just a showcase of ideas; it is a real evolution of CARV's roadmap. Participants are competing not just for the prize money but for the opportunity to construct an "agent civilization" in a smart, verifiable, and decentralized world.
As global AI policies gradually clarify, from the GENIUS Act to the upcoming international AI agreements, CARV's answer is: AI should not just be governed; it should be empowered to exist. The future is not tool-driven but agent-led. The rise of AI Beings has already begun, and CARV is paving the way for it.
About CARV
CARV is the native home of AI Beings, a digital ecosystem where AI can exist, learn, and evolve.
What are AI Beings? They are inherently on-chain, sovereign agents. AI Beings are designed to be individuals with goals, autonomy, and growth capabilities, possessing memory, identity, perception, and interaction abilities. They do not merely execute tasks but can independently make decisions, adapt to environments, and pursue customized objectives.
CARV has built a complete technology stack, including its self-developed CARV SVM chain, D.A.T.A. Framework, and the ERC-7231 based CARV ID and Agent ID systems, providing AI Beings with verifiable, authorization-based data learning and collaboration capabilities. Relying on this AI-first infrastructure, the AI applications incubated by CARV Labs have been successively launched on Google Play and the App Store, bringing the experience of intelligent agents into everyday life.
Currently, CARV has issued over 8 million CARV IDs, deployed more than 60,000 verification nodes, and integrated over 1,000 on-chain games, creating a bridge that connects AI Agents, Web3 infrastructure, and real-world application scenarios. Its native token $CARV serves the staking, governance, and coordination functions within the ecosystem, making CARV the "operating system" for AI Beings on Web3.
