ChainCatcher news, according to Streetinsider, CEA Industries and 10 X Capital announced a $500 million private placement financing supported by YZi Labs to establish a BNB treasury, and the two institutions will expand the PIPE issuance scale.

It is reported that over 140 subscribers participated in this issuance, including institutions such as Pantera Capital, Arche Capital, GSR, Borderless, Arrington Capital, Blockchain.com, Hypersphere Capital, and Kenetic, in addition to YZi Labs.
