Brevan Howard appoints former Thiel family office member as digital asset fund manager

ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Brevan Howard Asset Management will appoint former Thiel family office member David Kalk as the portfolio manager for its multi-strategy digital asset fund. Kalk previously served as the Chief Investment Officer at Reflexive Capital and has extensive experience in macro and crypto asset investments.

He will join with two members of his original team and continue to oversee Brevan Howard's digital asset investment business. In recent years, Brevan Howard has been increasing its investment in the crypto market, with its BH Digital fund recording an annualized return of 51.3% last year.
