The U.S. Department of Justice has withdrawn its intention to investigate Dragonfly Investment Company

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) officially stated in court on July 30 that it will no longer investigate Dragonfly's early investment in the crypto mixer "Tornado Cash."

Dragonfly co-founder Haseeb Qureshi confirmed that previous media reports about the DOJ planning to sue Dragonfly were inaccurate, and the company and its management are not under investigation.

Previously, the DOJ had indicated last Friday that it was considering suing Dragonfly for its investment in Tornado Cash in 2020. Currently, Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm still faces related conspiracy and sanctions violation charges.
