JPMorgan Chase partners with Coinbase to offer cryptocurrency services to Chase customers

According to ChainCatcher news, as disclosed by Eleanor Terrett, JPMorgan Chase has officially announced in a press release that it will partner with Coinbase to offer cryptocurrency purchase services for Chase credit card customers.

As planned, Chase customers will be able to use their credit cards to fund their Coinbase accounts. Additionally, by 2026, the bank will launch a direct bank-to-wallet transfer feature and will allow Chase Ultimate Rewards points to be redeemed for cryptocurrency at a 1:1 ratio, marking the first time a major bank's rewards program supports cryptocurrency redemption.
