RootData is committed to creating a trustworthy data platform that provides users with accurate and timely industry information. Our monthly data construction plan aims to clarify industry dynamics for users by organizing, verifying, and disclosing key data, while inviting the community to participate in the improvement and supervision of the data.

Here are the main disclosures for July 2025:

1. Verified and Updated Financing Events

Note: This section focuses on financing events that have been confirmed and updated after thorough verification by the RootData team. We ensure data accuracy through cross-verification from multiple sources. These updates not only reflect the latest progress of the projects but also provide users with more reliable references for investment and collaboration.

a. We have confirmed through channels that River (formerly Satoshi Protocol) has refunded the Pre-Seed round investment to Web3port and will no longer cooperate. Therefore, Web3port's investor status has been removed from the Pre-Seed round. For more information, see River.

2. Financing Events Pending Confirmation

Note: This section lists financing events that have not been fully verified or have not been entered into the platform due to insufficient information; some events may carry a "doubtful" label. RootData will continue to track the latest developments of these events and welcomes the community to provide clues to improve the data together.

a. Doubtful Label Financing

· On July 18, the privacy finance protocol ACM+ announced the completion of a $12 million financing.

After investigation, we found the financing amount to be questionable, so we have chosen to temporarily hide the financing information. For more information, see ACM+.

b. Ambiguous Information Financing

· On July 23, the decentralized AI network Gaia announced the completion of $20 million in Seed & A round financing.

This disclosure includes two financing rounds; after investigation, both Seed and A rounds are recorded as $10 million each. For more information, see Gaia.
