The UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company has completed a £7.6 million share placement

ChainCatcher news, UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company has completed the placement of 3,452,086 new ordinary shares, valued at approximately £7.6 million. The company will receive about 97% of the raised funds as settlement early this week. These shares were placed according to the subscription agreement, completed over a two-week period from July 28 to August 8, with some dates not being allocated.

ChainCatcher previous news, The Smarter Web Company increased its holdings by 50 bitcoins, bringing its total holdings to 2,100 bitcoins.
