DigitalOcean, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced the issuance of convertible preferred notes to raise $550 million

ChainCatcher news, according to Businesswire, the NYSE-listed company DigitalOcean announced that it has issued convertible preferred notes to qualified institutional buyers to raise $550 million.

DigitalOcean is a cloud infrastructure provider based in the United States, offering virtual private servers for software developers and hosting a portion of Ethereum nodes. Previously, it raised $50 million in funding in 2020 with participation from a16z.
