ChainCatcher news, according to Zoomer, Circle will launch ARC, a Layer 1 blockchain specifically designed for stablecoins.

The network is EVM compatible, uses USDC as its native gas token, and integrates a stablecoin forex engine, sub-second settlement finality, and optional privacy control features. The public testnet will launch between September and November 2025.
