XRP treasury company VivoPower's subsidiary Tembo receives strategic investment from Energi Holdings at a valuation of $200 million

ChainCatcher news, according to GlobeNewswire, Nasdaq-listed XRP treasury company VivoPower International announced that its subsidiary Tembo will receive a PIPE investment from Energi Holdings at a valuation of $200 million.

Upon completion of the transaction, Energi Holdings will hold a 51% stake in Tembo. The transaction is still subject to review by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
