The BTFS community has released the BTIP-104 proposal, introducing a new feature for file storage renewal
ChainCatcher news, according to official information, the distributed storage network BTFS under TRON has officially launched the BTIP-104 proposal, which innovatively introduces automatic and manual renewal functions for file storage. The BTIP-104 proposal allows users to achieve automatic renewal by setting parameters during upload, or to manually extend the file storage period using CLI commands, without the need for repeated upload operations.
This upgrade will significantly enhance user experience, effectively reduce network bandwidth consumption, and provide a reliable solution for long-term file storage needs. The proposal is currently in the conceptual stage, and community members are invited to participate in discussions on GitHub to collaboratively improve this important feature.
