ALT5 Sigma clarifies reports of "being investigated by the SEC": Jon Isaac is not an executive of the company

ChainCatcher news, according to a post by ALT5 Sigma, Jon Isaac is not and has never been the president of ALT5 Sigma, nor an advisor to the company. The company is unaware of any investigations currently being conducted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) into its activities.

Previously, media outlets such as The Information reported that Jon Isaac is under investigation by the SEC.
