A user was scammed by a fake customer service, losing 783 BTC, worth approximately 91.4 million USD

ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain detective ZachXBT, a user fell victim to a social engineering scam, losing 783 BTC (approximately 91.4 million USD). The attacker implemented the scam by impersonating customer service of a fake exchange and hardware wallet, and then began to gradually disperse and transfer the stolen funds, making multiple deposits to a Wasabi wallet.
