Two ancient Bitcoin whales have cumulatively sold over 18,000 BTC and currently hold over 550,000 ETH in open positions

According to ChainCatcher news and mlm monitoring, two ancient Bitcoin whales (possibly the same entity) have sold 18,142 BTC, worth $2.04 billion at current prices.

The entity is selling the last 5,968 BTC (worth $670 million), of which 4,968 BTC (worth $678 million) are still outside of Hyperliquid. So far, the entity has purchased a total of 416,598 ETH (currently worth $1.98 billion) and has a long position of 135,263 ETH ($642 million) on perpetual contracts, with a total ETH exposure of 551,861 ETH, worth $2.62 billion.

Out of the 416,598 ETH (worth $1.98 billion), 275,500 ETH (worth $1.3 billion) have been staked.
