BTIP-103 proposal enters community review stage to support the development of TRON ecosystem infrastructure

This proposal aims to optimize the collaborative mechanism between the BTFS client and the governance protocol by supporting the direct retrieval of storage service provider (SP) addresses from the proposal contract, significantly simplifying the integration link between the storage workflow and the governance module.
