Starknet: Has fully resumed normal operation, the chain has rolled back to block height 1,962,681

ChainCatcher message, Starknet's official statement indicates, "Starknet has fully resumed normal operations. Block production has returned to normal. Transactions submitted between 10:21 and 10:45 UTC were not processed, and the chain has rolled back to block height 1,962,681. All transactions after that block need to be resubmitted. A complete review of this incident, including details, causes, and preventive measures, will be published later."

Earlier reports stated that Starknet's official announcement indicated that Starknet experienced another outage, and the engineering team is working on a fix. The detailed cause has not yet been disclosed, and updates will continue to follow.
