Genius Group signs a $14 million equity purchase agreement with Nuanu to build the Bitcoin learning community Genius City

ChainCatcher news, according to Globenewswire, the Bitcoin treasury company Genius Group, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced the signing of a $14 million equity purchase agreement with Nuanu Creative City to jointly develop the Bitcoin learning community project Genius City in Bali.

The project will focus on artificial intelligence (digital economy), Bitcoin (tokenized assets), and community, covering early education, primary school, secondary school, higher education, and adult education. According to BitcoinTreasuries data, Genius Group currently holds a total of 200 BTC.
