Hong Kong, September 16 - Cactus Custody, a compliant digital asset custody institution under Matrixport holding a Hong Kong TCSP license, announced a partnership with Singapore Gulf Bank (SGB). Leveraging SGB's banking infrastructure, the two parties will provide institutional clients with regulatory-compliant fiat custody and 24/7 instant access services, addressing the core demand for efficiency in the market and enabling institutions to deploy funds safely and efficiently. As a bank friendly to the crypto industry, SGB offers stable and continuous banking service guarantees within the existing regulatory framework.

This collaboration is based on SGB's banking infrastructure, combined with its self-developed SGB Net real-time transfer capability and proprietary API, to promote the automation and standardization of Cactus Custody's fund flows, upgrading from supporting only digital asset settlements to also having fiat settlement capabilities, thereby providing institutional clients with a more efficient, convenient, and compliant fund management experience.

Cactus Custody General Manager Wendy Jiang said: "The partnership with SGB further strengthens our fiat channel and custody capabilities for institutions. Relying on bank-grade infrastructure and standardized processes, clients can manage various assets and funds more efficiently under compliance, and better coordinate operational rhythms."

Singapore Gulf Bank Chief Development Officer Jireh Chua said: "SGB is committed to providing robust and compliant banking services for the innovative financial sector. Through integration with Cactus Custody, we will open our banking infrastructure and open API capabilities to more institutional clients, helping them securely and efficiently complete fiat fund transfers globally."
