ChainCatcher news, according to newsfile, Bitcoin treasury listed company Autris announced the acquisition of BitCorp Capital, with the specific acquisition amount not yet disclosed, aiming to significantly expand its Bitcoin financial strategy.
In addition, Autris also disclosed plans to raise up to $30 million from qualified investors through a D 506 (b) regulation application.
