Kraken completes $500 million financing, reaching a valuation of $15 billion

This year, Kraken acquired NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion, adding 2 million users. This financing prepares Kraken for an IPO, which is planned for 2026. Kraken primarily serves professional and institutional clients and recently launched products like xStocks to promote the integration of traditional finance and crypto assets.
