ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, Standard Chartered's global head of digital asset research, Geoff Kendrick, stated in a new report that Bitcoin could reach a new all-time high as early as next week, with the potential to continue rising to $135,000.

Yesterday, Bitcoin surged above $121,000, continuing the fourth-quarter price pattern known as "Uptober." Although Bitcoin seems to be following its tradition, Geoff Kendrick noted that Bitcoin has broken the previous pattern of "price decline 18 months after halving."

According to past trends, Bitcoin should be performing weakly now after the halving in April 2024.
