Bitcoin ATM operator Bitcoin Depot raises $15 million in equity funding
ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin ATM operator Bitcoin Depot announced that it will sell a total of 4,285,716 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $3.50 per share through a registered direct offering, raising a total of $15 million. The transaction is expected to be completed around October 8, subject to customary closing conditions.
