ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong Office for Key Enterprises has announced that 18 companies, including the Polkadot Community Foundation, have settled in Hong Kong, bringing the total number of key enterprises to 102. Polkadot co-founder Vincent stated that he started educational work in Hong Kong three years ago. With low tax rates and a rich talent pool, along with the Hong Kong government's recent regulations on stablecoin licensing, he is optimistic about Hong Kong's prospects in promoting Web3.
