The Hong Kong-listed company Yili Holdings plans to issue blockchain vouchers on Ethereum that can be exchanged for bulk commodities on the platform

ChainCatcher news, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Hong Kong listed company Yili Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yili Graphite Limited and Goldpay Limited signed a cooperation agreement on October 10, 2025, to issue a utility blockchain voucher (code 76 or V76) on Ethereum, primarily for its subsidiary, with a maximum supply of 1 billion pieces. It will be listed on cryptocurrency exchanges immediately after issuance, allowing for 24-hour trading against mainstream stablecoins.

Earlier news, Yili Holdings announced in July this year the issuance of nearly HKD 20 million convertible bonds for Web3 development.
