ChainCatcher news, according to ZachXBT, Circle has implemented "preventive freezes" on 4 EVM addresses, claiming that their funds are sourced from a Coinbase-related theft; however, the aforementioned addresses hold DAI instead of USDC, allowing hackers to transfer DAI and exchange it for USDC to evade the freeze.
