Web3 infrastructure provider Entry completes $1 million funding

ChainCatcher news, Web3 infrastructure provider Entry announced the completion of a $1 million Pre-Seed funding round, led by Modern Niagara, with participation from Qrecendo and Perrfin.

This financing combines equity and Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) elements, with a seed stage FDV of approximately $25 million and a TGE expected to be around $50 million. Entry is a compliance-native Web3 infrastructure that connects institutions and decentralized finance. By transforming compliance into verifiable on-chain proof, Entry allows institutions to onboard verified users, filter clean assets, and maintain real-time audit trails. The network is powered by the ENT token, supporting zero-knowledge computation, staking, and AI compliance calls.
