ENDRA Life Sciences completes $4.9 million financing to launch cryptocurrency treasury strategy

ChainCatcher news, medical imaging technology company ENDRA Life Sciences (NASDAQ: NDRA) has completed a private equity investment (PIPE) financing, raising approximately $4.9 million. This round of financing was led by institutional and cryptocurrency investors, with potential future warrant exercises generating up to $9.5 million in additional funds.

At the same time, ENDRA announced the launch of its Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy, having purchased 78,863.1 HYPE tokens, valued at approximately $3 million as of October 21. The company's CEO Alexander Tokman stated that this marks a foundational step in its long-term digital asset treasury strategy. It is reported that the DAT strategy will combine long-term digital asset exposure with yield enhancement techniques, including covered options, staking, and participation in decentralized finance.
