Data: Suspected Richard Heart has transferred over 115,500 ETH to a new address again

ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, it is suspected that Richard Heart (founder of HEX and PulseChain) has transferred 115,580 ETH to a new address again, starting to transfer in batches to Tornado Cash. Currently, the receiving address has transferred out 7,300 ETH, worth $29.56 million.
