Tokenized securities market platform tZero is preparing for an IPO in 2026

According to Jinshi reports, tZero Group Inc. operates a securities market linked to digital tokens, and its CEO Alan Konevsky stated that the company plans to go public in 2026.

The company's investors include Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Konevsky said the company has been in talks with bankers regarding the IPO but has not yet selected a partner to work with. He mentioned that the company is also exploring pre-IPO financing at the same time. The company, which has more than 50 employees, has not yet turned a profit.
