Zhaojin Mining: Signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Ant Group

Zhaojin Mining Industry (01818.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company's board of directors is pleased to announce that on November 3, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum with SigmaLayer Company Limited (a member company under Ant Group's technology commercialization sector). According to the memorandum, our group and Ant Group's digital technology will establish strategic cooperation in multiple fields based on the application of blockchain and artificial intelligence core technologies, including the construction and exploration of overseas gold asset digitization and tokenization; an AI-driven intelligent supply chain and risk control system; and achieving reliable value delivery in the fields of sustainable development and environmental, social, and governance (ESG). Any specific activities and projects proposed under this memorandum must strictly adhere to compliance and safety requirements and will subsequently be formalized through agreements signed by the parties involved in the memorandum.
