Monad Co-founder: Will complete all expected behavioral changes before the mainnet launch

Monad co-founder Keone Hon announced that the Monad testnet will upgrade from the behavior revision version MONADSIX [v0.11.6-tn1] to MONADSEVEN [v0.12.0]. This upgrade enables the following behavior changes: opcode/precompiled contract pricing (increased gas costs for cold storage access; increased costs for certain precompiled contracts). Monad will complete all expected behavior changes before the mainnet launch, and a complete changelog will be released soon.
