According to Jinshi reports, the dollar index, which measures the dollar against six major currencies, fell by 0.47% that day, closing at 99.735 in the foreign exchange market. 1 euro exchanged for 1.1544 dollars, up from 1.1486 dollars the previous trading day; 1 pound exchanged for 1.3132 dollars, up from 1.3047 dollars the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 153.14 yen, down from 154.11 yen the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 0.8066 Swiss francs, down from 0.8104 Swiss francs the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 1.4113 Canadian dollars, basically unchanged from the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 9.5682 Swedish kronor, up from 9.5654 Swedish kronor the previous trading day.
