Regarding the community rumors that Binance modified its terms the day before the liquidation incident on October 11 (October 10), crypto KOL AB Kuai.Dong posted on platform X to refute the claims. He stated that by using a tool website to check the historical announcements of the exchange, he compared the Binance terms from June 2024 with the newly modified terms from October 10, 2025, and found no so-called modifications related to "losses due to platform technical issues being the user's responsibility."

This modification of user terms mainly focuses on: requirements for changes in users' country of residence information, compliance, anti-money laundering, information retrieval, etc., to prevent attacks or insults against employees.
