Coinbase: Monad token public sale will start on November 17
Coinbase announced on social media that the Monad token public sale will start on November 17.
ChainCatcher previously reported that according to The Wall Street Journal, Coinbase will launch a token sales platform for retail investors, allowing purchases before the tokens are listed on its exchange.
The first ICO project will be Monad.
The Ethereum Foundation announced on its official blog that the next Devconnect will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina from November 17 to 22, 2025.
According to Caixin, the main suspect in the 60,000 bitcoin money laundering case, Qian Zhimin, purchased bitcoins at an average price of 2,815 yuan each, while on the day of her sentencing in the UK, the price had ballooned 266 times to 750,000 yuan each.
Regarding the disposal of the frozen assets in the UK, there has not yet been substantial progress towards returning or sharing with Chinese authorities. The Tianjin Public Security Bureau's Hedong Branch, which is investigating the Lantian Ge Rui case, also announced on October 30 that the police are continuing cross-border cooperation with UK law enforcement to recover losses for the participants in the fundraising.

Acurast plans to launch mainnet and issue ACU tokens on November 17
According to Cointelegraph, the decentralized privacy computing project Acurast has completed a $11 million funding round, with investments from Ethereum co-founder and Polkadot founder Gavin Wood, MN Capital founder Michael Van The Poppe, and GlueNet founder Ogle.
The project plans to launch its mainnet on November 17 and simultaneously release its native token ACU, claiming to achieve tamper-proof execution and secure hardware verification on consumer-grade smartphones.
YouTube's support page indicates that starting November 17, the platform will expand its enforcement scope regarding "online gambling" content to include digital items with monetary value (such as game skins, items, NFTs); content related to "social casinos" will be uniformly restricted to 18+; and new age restrictions will be added for game content that features realistic characters and prominently displays torture or large-scale violence against non-combatants. Previously uploaded videos that violate these rules may be removed or age-restricted, but will not count as warnings.

Binance futures will delist RUNEUSD coin-margined perpetual contract on November 9
Binance futures will automatically liquidate the RUNEUSD coin-margined perpetual contract at 17:00 on November 19, 2025, and will delist this trading pair after the liquidation is complete. Users are advised to close their positions before trading stops to avoid automatic liquidation. Starting from 16:30 on November 19, 2025, users will not be able to open new positions in the aforementioned contract.
The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) will meet on November 19 to discuss whether to formally include "accounting treatment for cryptocurrency transfers" in its technical agenda.
The meeting will focus on several possible treatment paths: expanding the scope of the landmark cryptocurrency accounting standards issued in 2023 (FASB 2023 rules); clarifying accounting guidance for "derecognition" when transferring crypto assets; or adopting both measures simultaneously. This meeting comes just weeks after FASB added another technical project aimed at clarifying whether certain digital assets, such as stablecoins, can be classified as "cash" equivalents.
Binance will stop supporting Galxe (GAL) token deposits on the Ethereum network (ERC20) at 11:00 on November 19, 2025. After this time, Galxe (GAL) tokens deposited via the Ethereum network (ERC20) will not be credited to users' accounts, which may lead to asset loss. Users can still deposit the aforementioned tokens through other networks supported by Binance.
