Analysts expect the S&P 500 index to rise to 7,000 points by the end of the year
According to Jin Ten, Citadel Securities analyst Scott Rubner stated that the recent pullback of the S&P 500 index has laid the foundation for a strong rebound, expecting it to rise to 7,000 points by the end of the year, a 5.4% increase from Wednesday's closing price. Rubner pointed out that factors such as retail demand, reduced exposure from institutional investors, and Nvidia's strong performance will drive the market. He also mentioned that seasonal factors typically lead the S&P 500 index to rise about 4% before the end of the year.
