According to the Wall Street Journal, sources say that Dark Side of the Moon is seeking a new round of financing, which could bring its valuation to around $4 billion. The new round of financing may be completed by the end of 2025, with existing investor Tencent possibly participating, and IDG Capital may also join.

Dark Side of the Moon plans to seek an IPO in the second half of next year.
