According to Cointelegraph, SoftBank's payment service PayPay announced its integration with Binance Japan to launch the PayPay Money electronic payment service.

Users can now directly use PayPay funds to purchase cryptocurrencies or withdraw crypto assets to their PayPay accounts. This is the first expansion of payment methods beyond yen bank transfers for Binance Japan since it acquired a 40% stake in PayPay in October. The trading threshold is as low as 1,000 yen (approximately $6.5), providing 24/7 service.

Additionally, PayPay is expected to go public in the U.S. in December, with a valuation likely to exceed 3 trillion yen ($20 billion).
