Tether CEO: Rumble wallet will support the Lightning Network and the US stablecoin USAT

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino posted on the X platform that the Rumble wallet currently supports only Bitcoin, USDT, and XAUT, and will later support the stablecoin USAT launched for the U.S. market, as well as soon support the Lightning Network.

The wallet will leverage account abstraction and payment functionality to reduce the friction of needing crypto gas tokens when sending stablecoins, hiding the complexity of multiple blockchains in the background.
