According to official news, the Kyuzo's Friends (KO) airdrop event displayed an incorrect "claimed" status for users who did not successfully receive the airdrop due to issues with the airdrop system.
The Binance Alpha platform will fully refund Alpha points to all affected users. There will be no point deduction for this claim, and affected users do not need to take any further action.
